I’m a native Charlottean with 14 years experience living abroad. Between 2001 and 2015, I lived in New Zealand, China and Japan. I met my wife, Erika, in Tokyo. She’s from Sao Paulo, Brazil. I worked in real estate prior to moving out of the country. In 2015, my wife and I moved to Charlotte to start our family and I resumed my real estate career. Today, I leverage my experience abroad, and the many lessons I learned living and working in multicultural and multilingual environments, to provide the highest level of service to my clients.

I prioritize communication with my clients. When you list with me you will always know what is happening with your home. You can always call or text me with any questions or concerns. Occasionally I can’t take a call but I will return your call as soon as possible. I’m always in contact and I never go missing in action.

I always tell the truth about my abilities, what I know and don’t know, and what has happened or will happen during the listing process. I never misrepresent my experience or ability when working with clients. If I don’t know something I will tell you I don’t know and then go find the answer.

I’m the same with everybody I work with and I’m not a sales chameleon. I treat all of my clients with the same level of respect and the same level of service. I communicate equally with all clients. I’m also little bit weird and goofy but that’s just part of who I am.
