Here's how I work:

Step 1: Initial Meeting

I meet with you at your home to get to know you and learn about your situation. We walk through your home and discuss how I can help you sell your home. I answer any questions you may have about how I work and the service I offer.

Step 2: Listing Agreement

We review and sign the listing agreement via DocuSign or in person.

Step 3: Schedule Professional Services

Once the listing agreement is signed, I schedule the following services:

1. Photos
High quality photos are critical for selling your home quickly for the best price. I hire a professional photographer to shoot high quality interior, exterior and aerial phots.

2. Measuring
I hire a professional to measure your home and provide a floor plan with rooms labeled to attach in the MLS.

Step 4: Pricing Strategy

Need to sell fast? Do you have time to test the market? I work with clients to determine the best pricing strategy for their needs.

Step 5: Marketing Plan

I customize each marketing plan based on my clients needs and situation. I review all the best marketing options with my clients to create a strategy that sells their home. This process includes discussing whether or not to run an open house, how to promote your home online and through social media, and any other marketing initiatives.

Step 6: ShowingTime Shedule

Showing availability varies from client to client. Do you have small children? Do you work from home? These are some of the factors to consider when making your hame availabile for prospective buyers. I help clients design a showing schedule that works best to maximize showings based on their specific situation.

Step 7: Property Description and MLS Page

I’m an experienced freelance writer and author. I know how to write the best property descriptions that tell the story to sell your home. I work with clients to find the best features and benefits to highlight for prospective buyers. I also choose the best combination of photos to showcase your home.

Step 8: Sign and Lockbox

Usually the day before going active on the MLS I place the yard sign and set up the lockbox for your home. I use Supra lockboxes, not combination lockboxes, in order to track who opens the lockbox and accesses your home.

Step 9: Active on MLS

I launch the listing on MLS and sell your home!
